Summary/Objective

CNC Machine Operator Apprentice
Summary/Objective
The Apprentice CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the manufacture and inspection of high precision products of varying complexity, under supervision. This person will also be responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed. This person will be responsible for managing the resources required to maintain the manufacturing environment and ensure timely completion of high-quality products that conform to all documented requirements.
Essential Functions

Upon successful completion of training:
- Set up and operate various types of CNC turning and milling equipment in accordance with company policy, procedures and time standards. Okuma and Mori Seiki machines currently used.

- Read and interpret drawings, sketches and work instructions.

General Accountant
Summary/Objective
Under the supervision of the Controller, we are looking for a General accounting professional with demonstrated experience in general accounting functions (A/R, A/P, Inventory review/audit) cost and manufacturing experience is a plus. Proven analytical and communication skills. Demonstrated ERP experience, we use Microsoft AX. Works independently as well as in a team setting, will communicate with our engineers operations and sales personnel.
The general accountant must possess accounting skills that have been gained through education and experience.
Essential Functions

Accounting:
- Assist in all phases of corporate accounting including but not limited to AP, AR, accruals, fixed assets, depreciation, prepaids, and the closing process
- Reconcile and prepare journal entries.

- Assist on the accounts receivable side with customer inquiries.
- Help perform month end close activities and journal entries.

Metrology Quality Technician
Summary/Objective
- Supports Engineering New Product Development and Investigations in Metrology, through sample measurements and feedback, early on involvement in drawing and GD&T reviews, and early measurement capability evaluations.
- Create, validate, troubleshoot CMM programs, and perform precision inspections, including FAIs (First Article Inspections), to ensure product conforms to all applicable requirements.
Competencies
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical inspection and proficiency in the use of manual & visual inspection equipment: e.g., Calipers, gauges, micrometers, digital indicators, surface plates, optical comparators, microscopes, coordinate measuring machine, profilometers, hardness/durometer testers.
- In-depth knowledge of GD&T and application of ASME Y14.5-2018 (Active ASME Y14-.5 Certification preferred).
- Experience running R&R studies is preferred.

Aerospace Quality Technician
Summary/Objective
Performs and documents in-process, final and first article inspections to ensure aerospace products conform to all applicable requirements.
Essential Functions
- Perform inspection activities to assess conformance of products as defined by the engineering drawings and/or models.
- Assist Quality Engineers with preparing inspection plans and checklists that identify non-conforming product conditions.
- Create CMM or vision systems programs using drawings or models and perform inspections as required.
- Generate Discrepancy Reports and initiate non-conforming material disposition actions.
- Resolve issues and answer questions from Operators, Inspectors and Engineers.
- Work with Quality Engineers and perform validation and verification of programs (CMM, vision systems, etc.).
- Perform first article inspections per AS9102 and customer requirements.
- Work closely with the aerospace team to determine issues, efficiency gaps, and implement improvements.
- Perform other inspections and responsibilities as required.
Competencies
- Hands-on experience with high precision dimensional inspection is required.
- Ability to perform product source inspections and first article inspections per AS9102 and customer requirements.
