The Simplicity Gear Units are nonhoused component gearings that use a precision cross-roller output bearing and don't have an output flange. The CSF mini gearheads have a shaft or flange output to deliver excellent positioning accuracy. The four-point contact ball bearing mounts in the main shaft to keep the unit compact. CSF mini gearheads are available in four ratios and five sizes.
CSF-2XH
The CSF-2XH model has a flange output or shaft output. The motor shaft and gearhead input element attach for direct coupling with the servomotor.
CSF-1U-CC
The CSF-1U-CC gearhead has a shaft output designed for direct coupling to a small, high-performance servomotor.
CSF-1U-CC-F
The CSF-1U-CC-F directly couples to a small, high-performance servomotor. This model features a flange output.
CSF-1U
The CSF-1U gearhead has an output and input shaft, making this unit compact and user-friendly.
CSF-1U-F
CSF-1U-F mini gearheads feature a compact four-point contact ball bearing mounted inside the main shaft. This design choice delivers high positioning accuracy in a compact unit.

Available in standard and lightweight versions, our gears have zero backlash, 1 arc-min accuracy and ±5 arc-sec repeatability. Various sizes and reduction ratios are available, with peak torques ranging from 450 in-lbs. to 60,500 in-lbs.
CSG-2UH-LW
A lightweight version of our CSG-2UH high torque, this model is a compact precision gearhead.
CSF-2UH-LW
The CSF-2UH-LW model is the lightweight version of our CSF-2UH compact precision gearhead.
CSG-2UK
The CSG-2UK gear reducer has high torque and a fully sealed body. The high accuracy is suitable for machine tool applications.
SHG-2UJ
High torque, SHG-2UJ gear unit features an input shaft. Ratios 30:1 ~ 160:1 with highly rigid cross-roller bearing.
SHF-2UJ
The SHF-2UJ is a gear unit that has an input shaft. Ratios 50:1~160:1. SHF-2UJ is available in 10 frame sizes.
CSF-2UH-ULW

Available in a wide range of sizes, these zero-backlash, 1 arc-min accuracy hollow shaft gearheads enable design engineers to pass shafts, wires, tubing or other components directly through the center of the gear. Our hollow shaft gear units deliver repeatability and accuracy.
SHF-2UH-LW
The SHF-2UH-LW is a compact precision gearhead and a lightweight version of our SHF-2UH hollow shaft.
SHD-2UH-LW
The SHD-2UH-LW is a gear unit with compact axels, a large input shaft and robust cross-roller bearings. This design allows you to directly mount loads on the unit without additional support bearings.
FBS
FBS is Harmonic Drive's new hollow-shaft, extra-large gear unit, designed for machines with complex cabling like robots.

The Simplicity gear units combine nonhoused component gears and precision cross-roller output bearings. These units don't have an output flange or housing for tight integration in your machine structure.
