Harmonic Drive LLC offers a complete range of digital drives for use with Brushless (AC) and Brush (DC) actuators. Drives for both AC and DC power are available. Harmonic Drive Motion (HDM) software installed on a PC is used to set-up the drives with Harmonic Drive actuator parameters. The drives can communicate via CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherCat, and MACRO. And, they can simply be operated with indexer, step/direction, PWM or + or 10V commands, or ACSII and discrete I/O.
In addition to being compatible with Harmonic Drive encoder protocols, the drives can be made available for use with many other motor manufacturer encoder formats.

Harmonic Drive LLC offers a complete range of digital drives for use with Brushless (AC) actuators. The drives can communicate via CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherCat, and MACRO. They can also be operated with indexer, step/direction, PWM or + or 10V commands, or ACSII and discrete I/O.

REL
REL combines EtherCAT networking with 100% digital control of brushless or brush motors in an AC-line powered package that can operate from single or three-phase mains with continuous power output to 4 kW.

RTL
RTL combines CANopen networking with 100% digital control of brushless or brush motors in an AC-line powered package that can operate from single or three-phase mains with continuous power output to 4 kW.

HA-800

DC Bus Back to top
Harmonic Drive LLC offers two types of DC digital servo drives. The drives can communicate via CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherCat, and MACRO. They can also be operated with indexer, step/direction, PWM or + or 10V commands, or ACSII and discrete I/O.

DDP
The DDP is a high-performance, DC powered drive for position, velocity (using encoder, Halls, or BEMF) and torque control of brushless and brush motors.

DCJ
The DCJ is a compact, DC powered servo drive for position, velocity, and torque control of AC brushless and DC brush motors. It can operate on a distributed control network, as a stand-alone indexing drive, or with external motion controllers.
